Kansas Cornhusker Annual Picnic Saturday,
July 25th 4:30pm – 8:00pm
Major Announcement: Coach Carl Pelini will be our
guest speaker
New Location: the Risen Savior Lutheran
Church at 6770 E. 34th North, east of the N. Woodlawn and K96 exit.
This year we are celebrating our 25th
Anniversary and we are going all out.
We are honored to have Defensive
Coordinator Carl Pelini as our guest speaker
Bring your
favorite side dish to share with your fellow Husker fans.
The club will provided Barn’rds Restaurant roast beef sandwiches, pop,
water, cups, ice and buns. Bring your own plates and utensils.
Bring non perishable canned food items for a local food
bank and receive one raffle ticket.
Football tickets available for sale are
as follows:

Lincoln (11/7) and KSU in Lincoln (11/21)
You must be
a member of the Nebraska Alumni Association & Kansas Cornhuskers to be eligible for
these tickets. Current Alumni members, please remember your membership card.
Membership Dues:
In order for the Kansas Cornhusker Club to continue to bring in
high caliber speakers we need members to pay their dues annually and help recruit new
members. It cost a lot of money to put on the
picnic and all the other little events we host or participate in throughout the year. This year we are charging $5 for guest or
non-members to help cover cost. The annual
dues are still $20 Single and $25 Family.

looking for new ideas and ready and willing volunteers to help build up new membership in

currently taking nominations for the following positions President, VP and Secretary. We are also looking for volunteers to help with
many other areas from managing the Club website to event planning and more!

Annual Memberships
Annual membership dues are collected at our summer
picnic in August. You can join or renew anytime. Membership is in effect from August to
July. We will be working on including a membership list on the club’s website to show
names of current members and most recent members; this will enable you to see if your
membership is current.
